Your role
As Tax Specialist you will provide Dutch and international tax guidance, advice as well as ensuring tax compliance for Your.World, Your.Online and Your.Cloud.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide tax advice and guidance in M&A transactions as well as post-merger integration of newly acquired companies to align with the Groups tax profile;
- Monitoring and managing tax compliance and further strengthen the tax control framework (e.g. tax filings, TP, CbCR, Pillar II);
- Providing clear and reliable tax advice to the Group on corporate income tax, VAT, payroll tax and transfer pricing issues;
- Proactively identifying tax opportunities and translation this to practical advice;
- Reviewing and monitoring transfer pricing documentation;
- Analyzing legislative changes in (foreign) tax laws that may impact the Group’s tax position and make recommendations for changes to optimize the Group’s tax position;
- Coordinate and assist in tax audits.
Your team
You will join a small, high performing tax team which is part of the larger Finance Department. You will work closely with and report directly to the Tax Director. You will work closely with colleagues from the finance, legal and M&A teams.
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Dutch Tax Law or Fiscal Economics;
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in international tax environment, within a tax consulting firm and/or in-house;
- Solid knowledge of international direct tax law and transfer pricing concepts, sound knowledge of VAT is a plus;
- Hands-on, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Team player with an enthusiastic approach to new challenges;
- Fluent in Dutch and Excellent command of English.
