Your role: Investment Analyst
As an Investment Analyst, you will be part of a high-performing M&A team of 14+ professionals. You will support the full investment cycle – from origination and valuation to deal execution and integration – while contributing to the strategic development of new markets and segments.

You will work closely with senior colleagues and external advisors, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with international scope and complexity.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the execution of multiple transactions per year (deal sizes between €1–100 million)
• Build and analyze valuation models and investment proposals
• Conduct due diligence and assist in structuring and documentation of deals
• Analyze acquisition trends and map potential targets in existing and new markets
• Liaise with external advisors (M&A boutiques, law firms, accounting firms, etc.)
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and portfolio development within the investment team

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in private equity, corporate finance, M&A, transaction services or venture capital
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Strong organizational abilities and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a decentralized setting
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English or Fluent in English and good command of another European Language
