Corporate Finance Associate

At Your.Online, part of Your.World, strategic growth and value creation are central to our buy-and-build model. As Corporate Finance Associate, you will own the models and analyses that drive how the group manages its liquidity, leverage, and financing, and you will work directly on the materials that keep our lenders, investors, and Board informed.

You will be employed by Your.Online and based at our Amsterdam office, while your work is carried out at Your.World group level.

Your.World is an international investor in online service providers. With 100+ acquisitions in 8 years, €850 million in revenue, and over 2,000 colleagues in 13 countries, we are building a strong portfolio in domain registration, (web)hosting, trust services, online marketing, and managed service providers.

The role in our strategy
Your.Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. We grow both organically and through an active buy-and-build (M&A) strategy, backed by long-term capital that finances the group’s continued expansion. As we scale, so does the complexity of our financing. That is exactly where this role comes in.

You will sit at the heart of the group’s Treasury and Corporate Finance function, in a small, high-performing Corporate Finance team. You report to and are coached by the Corporate Finance Specialist, who manages the day-to-day lender and investor relationships together with the Group Finance Director. You also work closely with the FP&A, Tax, M&A, and segment finance teams across the group.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the recurring models and analyses that underpin how Your.World steers its cashflow, leverage, and financing.
  • Build M&A funding scenarios and support liquidity planning.
  • Support refinancing and repricing tracks.
  • Prepare covenant compliance certificates and support the external materials and Board reporting that sit on top of the models.
  • Pull together analysis for investor questions.

This is a broad, high-exposure role. Given our acquisition pace, no two quarters look the same, so you keep learning and build genuine corporate finance depth.

Key responsibilities

  • Financing: Support M&A funding and liquidity planning, as well as refinancing and repricing tracks.
  • Investor and lender relations: Provide analytical support for investor Q&A and support the preparation of external (lender) materials and rating agency materials.
  • Board reporting and compliance: Support quarterly Board reporting materials on treasury and related financing topics, track covenant compliance, and prepare quarterly compliance certificates.
  • Modeling and forecasting: Build and develop the integrated Your.World cashflow forecast model, including M&A scenario analyses, and maintain and update the Your.Online monthly cashflow forecast model and the quarterly leverage and valuation models.
  • Benchmarking: Set up periodic peer and benchmarking analyses.
  • Function development: Help improve and professionalize the corporate IR and treasury function as the group continues to grow, and work on other (ad hoc) strategic projects related to the corporate finance function.

Success in the first year

  • Integrated forecasting: The integrated Your.World cashflow forecast model, including M&A scenario analyses, is built and in use.
  • Model ownership: The monthly cashflow forecast and the quarterly leverage and valuation models are maintained and updated under your ownership.
  • Quarterly delivery: Covenant compliance certificates and treasury-related Board reporting materials are delivered every quarter.
  • Function development: Visible contributions to a more professional corporate IR and treasury function.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international environment, for example in M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Restructuring, Corporate Finance, or a comparable financial background.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: Expert command of Excel and strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, decision-ready analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills: Confident in PowerPoint, with the ability to turn analysis into clear, polished slides for lenders, investors, and the Board.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate: A healthy critical attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your deliverables.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, buy-and-build environment where priorities shift and no two quarters are the same.
  • A proactive, hands-on team player who connects easily with people across finance, M&A, and the wider group.
  • Fluent in English.

What we offer

  • Strategic impact: A role where your work directly supports how the group manages its financing, liquidity, and leverage.
  • Exposure: A direct line of sight to lenders, investors, M&A, and the CFO, with real ownership from day one.
  • Professional growth: A clear development path within Your.World toward more senior, strategic, and relationship-driven corporate finance work.
  • Entrepreneurial culture: An ambitious, entrepreneurial, and international culture with genuine room to take ownership.
  • Hybrid working: Based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to work from home.
  • Competitive compensation: Salary, performance bonus, and pension scheme aligned with your experience and contribution.
