Your role
As a BI Analyst at Your.Online, you are a key enabler of our Buy & Build strategy. By delivering insights, dashboards, and data models, you help steer performance, improve forecasting, and support operational and strategic decisions across our organization.

You will work within the central BI team, alongside data engineers and other analysts, and collaborate closely with stakeholders from across our international operating segments and portfolio companies.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear information solutions
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and analytical models
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights
• Design and implement relational and dimensional data models
• Support and train users within the self-service BI community
• Contribute to onboarding new acquisitions onto our BI platform
• Promote data quality and data-driven decision making across the group
• Stay current on technological developments and integrate them into our BI stack

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, preferably as a BI Analyst
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Science, Business & IT, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in BI and Microsoft technologies
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Zebra BI, SQL, and Python
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, ITIL, Agile, and (master) data management
• Solid project management and stakeholder communication skills
